“Thank you!! I just unclicked the “authenticate prior to…” on the edit button of the new wireless connection I had added.
ie. from above: To Katie — I have the same lack of an “edit” button. I found my option under Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility>Wireless Networks>properties — you’ll find the “authenticate” checkbox at the bottom.
I had to highlight the wireless connection, then the edit button becomes available, then down where you enter the network key there is an ‘options’ tab and the ‘authenticate’ box was there… and now I remember that I am the one that clicked that after adding this new network as it wasn’t working at first and I was trying different stuff! reminder to take note of the things I change as I go along!!

That still didn’t work here. There is absolutely no option to do anything in the dell configuration utility for me. There’s no ‘wireless networks’ or ‘properties’ or even ‘edit’ no matter what you access. No other option posted online has worked either. This sucks.

My computer “User Interface Failure” box pops up evertime I try to start my PC. The message in side is C:/WINDOWS?System32?BCMLOgono.dll and ask to replace or restore DLL. What do I do if I am unable to not push “Run” or anything at all keys?

The easiest way is rename GinaDLL. Done. You don’t need backup or delete it.

Unfortunately Donoho’s solution didn’t work for me, as my box was already unselected. I’ll have to try something else.
