Of course, this sort of defeats the purpose of studying abroad altogether: what’s the point of drinking in a different culture if you aren’t allowed to be drinking in a different culture.&quot;

   Good luck enforcing that. If I&#039;m in Italy, I&#039;m bound by the laws of Italy, not America.</description>
